Recruitment Process
Sales Recruitment
Following the initial application screening by one of our Human Resources team, the sales recruitment process requires you to then undertake a numeracy test. If you are successful after this stage, you will then be invited to an assessment day. This involves a number of tasks for example, a sales-based role play which mirrors what you'd be doing if you actually got the role, presentation and an interview. Full details are forwarded at the time.
At the assessment centre, you'll also meet managers from our Tactical Sales or Area Sales departments – as well as an HR contact. We'll expect you to have done your research before you arrive but we'll also spend time talking to you about the company and the role itself.
General Recruitment
Once we receive your application, one of our Human Resources team will review it. Then, if you meet the minimum requirements for the role, it will be passed to the recruiting manager. We'll then liaise with you about the next stage in the process.
This can vary depending upon the role, but it typically involves a competency based interview which lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
In addition, we also regularly assess candidates through role-plays, pre-prepared presentation exercises, ability tests and group exercises.
Any Questions?
We want to make sure you get all your questions answered whether you are attending an interview or an assessment day, so there'll also be plenty of time to talk.
If you are unsuccessful following any assessment process, we're always happy to give you feedback.
