For instance, our Head of Sales began as a factory worker, became a sales representative and moved on to become a National Account manager. Then, after working as a Trade Sector Manager and in Regional Sales Development, he was promoted to his current role.

Another success story

Our present Corporate Affairs Manager first joined us as a Technical Manager. Within a year he was promoted to Science Manager before becoming Regulatory Science Manager in the Scientific and Technical Affairs department. Today, he's a key part of our Senior Management team managing the way we work in increasingly challenging regulatory environment.
